Participation in the Law-making Process: the Lexipation Approach

چکیده
Among the various solutions and tools for participatory law-making, an interesting one is being set forth by the LexiPation project. Basically the idea is to integrate the Living Labs methodology with an existing technology platform allowing to conduct moderated online discourses, to define a workflow of citizens’ involvement at the different stages of the legislative process. This paper describes the pilot applications of the project now taking place in the cities of Hamburg and Massa, Italy.
